I know, I’ve been there.
And I still return to these ‘stories’ from time to time so when I say I know how you feel, I really do.
What I have now though, are the resources to get me through so that I don’t stay stuck. Resources that you can have too (I promise). I know this because it’s likely you have all that you need already, you just don’t know how to access it…
…Yet. You see, I don’t have all the answers…
But You Do.
And I will help you reconnect with that part of you, who knows the best way for you to get to where you want to be.

My style of coaching is naturally laid-back and my approach is particularly suited to those who identify as highly sensitive (HSPs) but everyone is different and I am most interested in what works for you.
In our initial conversation, we’ll get to know each other so that I can take into account your unique needs and tailor our sessions to ensure that together, we can create lasting positive changes in your life.
Wait, how does this work..?
Well, that’s up to you, and best agreed during our initial chat, when we’ll discuss the detail of what you need and how long for but for best results, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions. Depending on what your outcomes are, the most sustained success is usually achieved with 6 sessions.
I like the sound of a package. What’s included?
As long as you book 3 or more sessions, this will include:
- Email support as needed between sessions
- An emailed summary following each session with any agreed actions (if desired).
If you book a 6 session package, this also includes
- The option of a free personalised meditation (supplied as an mp3 file).
Can I have a one-off session?
This is not usually recommended unless we have worked together before and you just need a top-up or would like an occasional ‘check-in’ session. However, we can discuss all options in our initial consultation.
Why should I trust you?
Good question. If credentials help, then here you go:
- I have a background (BA) in Psychology
- I am a fully qualified coach with more than 7 years’ experience
- I am an INLTPA certified NLP Master Practitioner
- I receive regular supervision to ensure you are receiving the best possible service from me at all times.
When it comes down to it though, I believe that making decisions about who we trust is much more relational. So although testimonials and qualifications may help with making your decision, it’s only when we speak that you’ll know for sure whether I’m the right coach for you.
